[For Sale; San Fernando Road Project; June, 8 2008]
As a “Sign Flipper” I flashed a blank sign at the corner of Tuxford and San Fernando Road in Sun Valley, California. During this current housing market crisis, I found uninhibited shelter beneath the 5 Freeway overpass to do a solitary dance while passing cars (and police vehicles) honked or looked on in confusion. ‘Why dance here, now, for no one, for no commercial endeavor?’ Why not?! Beauty is an overpass. This performance is part of the curated project by musician-writer Stephen Torrential.
