Reflections By Danielle Adair on Jack Goldstein and the CalArts Mafia

[2006, text (in book) and audio piece, 2’00 min excerpt]

The insertion of my own chapter to the infamous book “Jack Goldstein and the CalArts Mafia” written of the 1980’s SoCal Picture Artists. My chapter is written in the same style of prose and includes a discussion of feminism and of being an “institute student” – art and writing student – at California Institute of the Arts. This work is part of my larger project From the Perspective of An Artist Who Writes.
